Please complete the following form if you have booked a session at the Kettlebell Studio for the first time.
We need to have a basic understanding of your current state of health and level of fitness to check the suitability of kettlebell training for your individual needs. If we believe there is a danger that kettlebelling may be unsuitable for you based on your entries we will advise you further.
