2012 Diet & Kettlebelling
It was once said about diets that if you went to a casino and on the roulette wheel there where diets instead of numbers, then you spin the wheel and you might get lucky with a diet that suits you . This is the problem with a lot of diets; they work for some people and not for others.
Our 2012 Diet & Kettlebell Programme combines a personalised diet with kettlebell training, and is designed to elevate your metabolism and keep it elevated long after you have finished your session so that you continue to burn large numbers of calories throughout the day.
The diet format we use is based on science – in fact it’s based on three types of science:
- Body Typing recognises that not everyone is the same and people need different foods to help them lose weight in different ways and in different problem areas.
- Metabolic Typing determines how you digest your food. There are fast, slow and mixed oxidisers (the speed at which food is digested).
- The Alkaline/Acid Balance. Your body needs to be more alkaline than acid otherwise you end up storing more fat than you can lose.
This three-pronged approach ensures that we tackle your weightloss and problem areas on an individual basis to ensure that you lose weight safely and effectively, whilst at the same time educating you to make the right lifestyle changes that will help you to keep the weight off. Afterall, you should only ever have to do this once. With the right information about your own body and its requirements, you can look forward to a lifetime of good health and ideal weight.
