“If you want to know how rich you really are, find out what would be left of you tomorrow if you should lose every dollar you own tonight.” William J. H. Boetcker
How does PSYCH-K™ work?
PSYCH-K™ techniques are a kind of “mental keyboard” to your own brain.
PSYCH-K™ increases “cross talk” between the two brain hemispheres, thereby achieving a more “whole-brained” state, which is ideal for changing subconscious beliefs.
PSYCH-K™ can help you unlock your hidden potential to help you achieve your life goals.
PSYCH-K™ is the sat-nav to ensure the road you want to take is clear and right for you.
PSYCH-K™ provides a user-friendly way to rewrite the “software” of your mind by changing beliefs that sabotage you into beliefs that support you…quickly and easily.
PSYCH-K™ helps you communicate directly with both the conscious and the subconscious minds, so you can change old beliefs that sabotage you into new positive ones that support you.
PSYCH-K™ is a vehicle for change. It’s like a car; it doesn’t decide where you should go, it just gets you there. In other words,
PSYCH-K™ doesn’t choose what you should believe. It helps you believe what you choose.
What is the history of PSYCH-K™?
PSYCH-K™ was originated in 1988 by Robert M. Williams, M.A. It was a response to his frustration at the realisation that typical counselling techniques, which rely almost exclusively on “insight” and “motivation,” seldom create real and lasting changes.
Rob’s background in business and psychotherapy creates a results oriented approach to personal change.
PSYCH-K™ was inspired by a variety of processes, some contemporary and some ancient. It deals with the part of the mind called the subconscious, which is capable of creating dramatic and lasting changes quickly and easily.
How can I enjoy the benefits of PSYCH-K™?
Initial consultations can last up to 90 minutes depending on the nature of the work to be done.
This includes:
A basic explanation of PSYCH-K™ and how it can change behaviour
An analysis of the issues to be addressed
A session of belief change therapy
A plan of action to build on the new stronger beliefs
Some people will only need one session depending on what they want to achieve.
Others may prefer follow up sessions to further strengthen their beliefs, to provide support as they make changes or to address other areas of their life. These sessions should last no more than 50 minutes.
