Our Ski Fitness Programmes will have you conditioned ready for any challenge the slopes can throw at you.

Minimise your risk of injury and get the most out of your ski holiday by specificity training with kettlebells.

We have a unique understanding of the demands placed on the body whilst skiing and snowboarding, and can help to condition the whole body in preparation for the unforgiving black runs, mogul fields and powder snow you may encounter.

We will help prepare your body for lengthy sessions on the slopes so you’ll feel the need to take fewer rest-stops and Glüwein breaks, and you will experience less muscle fatigue, aches and pains on the first few days of skiing that we’re all so familiar with (and dread!)
